red spot on end of my son's nose

I am looking for a remedy for a spot on the end of my 7 year old son's nose. About 18 months ago, it appeared one day, quite red. It almost looked like a pimple was going to develop, however nothing ever did.
It is bright red and flat, never itchy and doesn't seem to bother him. I have read some articles that it may be a wart that will take about a year to disappear, but as mentioned, he has had it quite some time.
Would be happy with any suggestions of what do take to get rid of this embarrassing spot for him.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give him three doses of Thuja-200 (one dose weekly)and let us see response.

I will try it. Do you have any ideas as to what it may be?

I have found this remedy by Boiron in the city I live in which is in Canada. The dosage is 200ch, is this correct? And how many should I give him once a week for the three consecutive weeks?

200ch is correct.

Dr. Mahfooz usually says 5 drops if liquid or you
can use 5 pills ( one dose, once a week)

He will comment if he wants to change that.

Thanks, will run to get it tomorrow morning. One thing my husband did mention that I had not thought of, is my son has allergies to tree nuts as well as environmental allergies to trees in the spring while pollinating. Is this still ok for him to take?

Yes. There is no actual physical substance in the remedy- it is highly
diluted and is a molecular imprint of the substance upon the water.

Thanks for simone717 for clarification. I do agree with this.

A couple of months ago, Dr. Mahfooz recommended Thuja to help with a red spot on the end of my sons nose. We did give him the dosage required and it looked like it was starting to fade.
At a check up with our new doctor she said it was a discolouration of pigmentation of the skin due to irritation. My son has sever allergies and sinus ever since we moved and rubs his nose quite a bit. She said it may never go away.
My question is, do I give him another 3 week dosage as recommended before or do I leave it along and let it run its coarse?
Thank you
