Menopause,breathing, heart palpitation.

My age is 40. I am going through menopause. I was facing hot flashes, breathing problem and heart palpitation. breathing was difficult especially after 2nd half of the day and while lying down. I searched on internet and came across few medicine. after lot of trial and error , i am feeling better. I am currently taking Folliculinum 30( could nt find LM potency) and Sepia 200.I started taking these medicine daily a month back. These medicines bought relief but could not take away my breathing and heart palpitaion problem completely. Hence i started taking Cal Carb 200 ( 15 days back). Now I feel normal..better. I am not sure if I should continue to take these 3 medicine, if yes, then for how long. I dont want to feel the same problems again. right now i am taking these medicine's daily. This month i had normal periods after 6 months of gap. Please advise.
