Dengue fever to my daughter

My daughter 22 yr old is suffering from dengue since last 7-8 days.Her platnates count were 112k three days back and on today her counts are 127k. She is taking english medicines and now has no temperature. But she feels headache many times. So pl.suggest treatment for fast recovery

you can give her Eupatorium perfoliatum 200 one dose daily for three days and see the effect
