Cheek bite and tingling sensation

Dear doctors, experts,

Kindly help me with the right remedy for this problem:

I get cheek bite more often on the left side. The problem worsens with each passing day and finally, the whole left cheek will get tingling sensation and pricking feeling inside the cheek layer and on the left upper side of the face. Slight swelling is also felt. I thought it is gum issue, I used Nitric Acidium 30c for few days. The inner layer of the cheek is smooth now but, the pricking and cheek bite is still there.

Please guide me to appropriate medicine. I can get it locally from the stores.

Any advice from anyone. I searched in Remedy Finder based on symptoms, Is it ok to take :

Calcarea Carbonica or Ignatia Amara

Anyways, I went to homeopath yesterday and finally having the medication prescribed to me.
