Acid Reflux- 2 month old

Hi There-
My 2 month old was just dignosed with reflux and was prescribed a compound liquid form of Prevacid. We have been giving it to him for a little over a week and he seems to nursing better and his weight is going up. My husband and I just really don't want to give him medicine this early on if there is something we could do to take a nature approach. As I researched I came across this website and other responses Joe has replied to. I just wanted to make sure I knew exactly what to do before doing anything.
So am I correct that I will give him 1/2 tablet of Hyland's Natrum Phos 6x dissolved in expressed breastmilk after each feeding? (How much milk do I mix the tablet with?)
As for me (since he is exclusively breast fed) I need to dissolve and drink 2 tablets of natrum phos 6x three times a day after meals and also Arnica 30c twice a day? I'm having trouble finding arnica in liquid dose I'm only seeing dissolvable tablets. Will those work? Can those be taken together in morning and night? How much Arnica? How long do you continue this remedy? Most people said their child was better in about 4 days. Do I stop then with the baby and continue myself or both stop?
Also someone at the health food store recommended giving bifidobacterium powder in expressed milk to help with reflux because it's a probiotic. What are your thoughts on this?
Thank for in advance for answering my questions and guiding me to a natural approach.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You can talk to Joe on his own site http://www.joedelivera.com

You do not have to dissolve it in the breast milk.
I think it is easier to start dissolving it in a tablespoon of
water and spoon it in or use a dropper after baby is done
feeding. The object is that you know the baby got the
medicine.

Many mom's who are not doing breast feeding have had
good luck with this and I would just start giving the baby
the 1.2 tab no more than 5x in 24 hours,to start with and
see how that goes. Sometimes the baby needs to go
up to a full tab for a few days, then down to the 1.2 tab
and then the amounts of doses reduce and then it is not
needed at all.

There are many remedies for reflux if this does not work.
Make sure you yourself are not eating acidic foods, drinks,
and gas producing foods, cabbage, beans, onions and so on.

The probiotic helps if this condition is stubborn or the baby
had antibiotics, but I would not confuse things right now,
and just start off simple with the nat phos 6x.
