Wrinckles under eye
My wife is 24 years old and she is from village where most of time weather is cold. She has wrinckles under her eyes. I know her age is not appropriate for age based wrinckles. This is atmophere and hardwork that caused wrinckles. Her rest of face skin is Ok except she has a little wrincle above her upper lip.Please suggest some medicine please.

She has normal bowl movement, no stomach disorder or any other bowl/stomach related problem. She takes regular sleep, 2-3 hours nap at day and 8-9 hours of regular sleep. Actually she is from village. In our village womans are used to do hard work. They fetch water, woods for use as fuel etc. In our village, cool weather runs for 6-8 months with mild and extreme coldness. In our village, womens' face aged soon due to village environment. I have observed thing my self. A girl of 30 years looks like 45 years old woman. Their hand skin becomes too rough.

platelets=296

It is considered mild anemia when the hemoglobin is between
9.5 and 13.0.

She is having digestion and liver problem of some kind. ESR is normal at 20 but she is more then double at now. It means she has strong allergic condition at liver and Hemoglobin level is also as per my guess is at lower level. U should start her treatment from now or surely she will get bigger troubles in near future if this condition goes on with her.
