Dr Mahfooz please advice
Hi,I am male 28 years and just got my semen analysis done yesterday. Please check the test result below. The semen Liquefaction time in 2.5 hours. Can you please advice any remedy to get it back to normal range.

Viscosity: Normal
Liquefaction Time: 2 hours and 30 minutes
Volume: 4.5 ml
Sperm count / ml: 19.6 million
Total Sperm Count: 88.2 million
Vitality: 48%
Motility: 1st hour: 40% & 2nd Hour: 32%
Morphology: 62% Normal
Agglutination: Nil

Have sinus issue and getting treatment for that. Most of the time my body is warm (not fever). Do suffer from depression and anxiety to some extent. hope this helps.

Please take the combination of the following medicine for three months and then get repot.
1.Ashwagandha-Q
2.Damiana-Q 3.Avena Stiva
ten drops from each medicine totalling thirty drops per dose. Take these three times a day. Please do not take medicine empty stomach.

By combination you mean I need to add 10 drops of each and then take or I can take 10 drops of each separately.

Dr Mahfooz I am not able to find Ashwagandha-Q here in UAE. Its not allowed here for some reason. Can you please advice any alternate medicine

This is simple medicine I donot think it would be objected over there. This is just like damiana . Any how,please take the combination of other two medicines and see response.

I have started taking combination of Damiana-Q & Avena Stiva 10 drops each thrice. Can you please advice if its possible I can take it twice daily by increasing the drops to 15 each as during the day time sometime I am not able to take it on time. Thanks

my dear brother if you are well a good and sytylish run a life so used in this combination. 2nd term in my in abc homeo i am also run clinic and pharmacy,.
abc forum is a good but some time counfused when trriebele patients come,, if u r running a good life so used this combination not for other combnation,,ok..

Doc Baig thanks for your advice but my problem is related to low sperm count and that can't be cured in one week as far as I know.
Doc Mahfooz please advice the dose for 2 times daily instead of 3.
