Stray cat skin disease

A grown stray cat came in the house a year ago and now lives with us. He had a small red patch on his hind leg which he licks all the time. He eats alright. That reddish skin patch has increased in size it is close to his anus. He has a small dark hair streak in it also. It feels firm and non tender, it is red in color. I gave him suphur 200 in water.

Any suggestions for the poor cat?

after sulphur 200 what is the condition like?
