Lower Back Pain

I am 40 years Male, no relief got from Ortho & Homeopathy Doctors. Suffering from lower back ache since 7 months, worst at night, gets better n better when day activity approaches and reduces to only 10% during day. Some suggested exercises helps but only uptill you keep exercising and after leaving exercise it gets worst. Pain is not presisely on a point, it is more in right hip side . I don't feel strong in overall bones & muscles.
please help.

Hi Bhupinder,

Dr. Mohla gave advice- his dosing is 8 globules if pills and 2 drops in a tablespoon of water if liquid.

Please list what other remedies you were given?

And please describe what was going on when this started?
Did you have an injury, lift something, sports related??

Dr Simone,

Orthopadic Doctors did not give me medicines, just advised some exercises, which i did.

I took Homeopathy Medicines prepared / mixed by Doctor himselves, so i am not aware of the name of medicines.

I undergone treatment of two Homeopathy doctors for period of around 5 months with no complete results.

I never had any accident, injury, jerk, lift or sport related.

I presume my office shifted far so have to drive for 3 hrs daily plus i have more of office job, which requires laptop work, so that has happened an year before and my pain started after that only.

I have already taken precautions like no sitting for long hours, right postures while sitting etc.

But not effecting much.

As i mentioned earliar, i have got my X Rays & other examinations done through a Orthopeadic, they couldn't detect anything and they suggested only certain exercises.

That is the reason of me approaching this forum.
