Muslce - Chest / Rib Pain - Potentially costochondritis

I am 22 years old.

Around 4 months ago I took LSD and had a huge panick attack that lasted almost 12 hours and i seemed to focus all of my panick onto my chest area around my heart as i thought i was having a heart attack. I did every test possible, ecg, echocardigram, blood tests etc etc and everything came back clear - they diagnosed me with costochondritis at the hospital.

After that night the muscular pain i felt while i was panicking never dissepeared, it was a huge pain on the left side of my chest and made my entire left arm numb including my thumb and fingers - eventually it calmed down and the numbness went away but the pain in my chest stayed.

It seemed when I would excercise and do some mild cardio the next day i would feel much better and twice now the pain has gone away and cleared up my airways to the point where i can breathe again, yet a few days later if stress would hit this cramp in my chest would appear and then if i followed with a deep breath the pain would come back and i would be in agony for another few weeks.

If i breath in with my nose very gently the pain will be a lot less severe, but deep breathing will irritate this even more.

Yestarday mentally i tried to move the tension of the pain into my right side of my chest and some how this pain radiated from the left to the right and now its on both sides so I believe this is a muscular problem brought on by my mental stress - I really have no idea how to explain this.

I have tried almost everything - Voltaren, Iburofen, Predisone when those didn't work i tried omega3s, glucosamine, zylfmaned for inflamation, enchiea, goldenseal and just tried ranunculus bulbs 30 just today i have started with 2 pellets under the tounge and will wait to see what happens.

This is making me feel extremely anxious and seem to have to take valium to calm down even though I am taking as much magnesium as possible.

Does anybody have any idea what this is?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I would say you should try nux vomica first to
clear out any effects from what you took. Nux clears
out overdoses of drugs, alcohol, food etc.

Then see where you are at- you might then need
Ignatia to clear out the mental/physical/emotional
effects of shock.trauma.fright- that went on when you
did this.

You can order Nux vomica 200c and take 5 pellets
under the tongue and do three doses. One
at night. the next one in the morning and the next
one at night.

Report back after a few days how you are doing.

As for the physical pains do you think the r bulbous 30 is worth it ?
Or you think this is more mental?

In homeopathy you always look at the start of the problem.
For example, you could have rib pain but it began from
an injury, you would take Arnica, vs. rib pain that began
with working at the computer bent over for long hours,
pulling out your neck muscles where you might take
mag phos for cramps or hypericum for nerve pain.

You took a drug and I am sure unless you were the
chemist who made up the drug, you really don't know
what was in it. The first order of things is clear that drug
out of the muscles and nerves and then go from there;.

Ran B might help, but it may not clear out the drug effects
if there are any. And for the mental part of it- Things
that cause trauma and repeated trauma like you are having
set up a nerve route that keeps going from triggers. As in
chest muscle tight, then anxiety attack. Ignatia breaks
up the circuitry on these things, and returns it to
a mental level of knowing what happened but no body
reaction.

Thanks so much for your help and each of these should be taken one at a time and not mixed right??

From what I have read up LSD leaves your system in 24 hours but I will still give it a shot - the other people i took the LSD with where all fine it just happened to me.

Aways do one remedy at a time, and see its effects.
Do the nux first and report a day or so after doing it.

The ignatia may not be needed at all.
On the other people: their system and eliminatory organs
could be in better shape than yours is.

On ignatia: this remedy will unwind trauma memories on
the mental , physical and emotional level. So depending what
has gone on in your life, more things than this incident are
going to appear, stay awhile then leave. If you don't know
what to expect from this remedy it can really throw you off.
People also may feel very tired on this remedy and so I
advise people to make sure they don't have to work, don't have
to handle being emotional from the remedy out in public-
things will pass and you will feel neutral and calm. The closer
you take ignatia to an 'event' the less you have to go thru,
bc then the brain, nerve, trauma routes literally do not get
set up- you just feel better right away.

OK Thanks so much!!

What dosage would it be for the Ignatia?

I want to stress that you see what one remedy did, assess what is left before
you pick another remedy. We don't know what will show up after the nux.

You may need more nux, you may need something else.

And you have to wait after you take something to see the effect and you
can antidote, or mess up what you just took by taking another thing.

Ignatia is at 6c and 30 c in the Whole foods. If you did need it, I would use
the 30c and not do more than 3 doses, 4 hours apart in one day, and then
you have to wait for a day or so to see if anything is changing.
