Thuya 200 for my new 5mth lab puppy
Hello,I am new to this board but came here due to my search about Thuya. We just got a 5mth lab puppy from lab rescue that has hair loss on all 4 legs back and some front. She was given 2 rounds of all puppy vaccines and all adult vaccines in a 6 week period.
She first had flea problems and was treated for those and also a skin scape test in July 05 for mange, which was negative.
What I can tell is that her skin condition became worse (which I believe after research is due to the vaccines) She is on her second round of Cephalexin 500 mg. (28 pills total second round) and also gets shampooed every other day with Malaseb Shampoo.
I read an article by Richard H. Pitcairn, DVM, PhD with several positive results using thuya. One case was very similar in symptoms and age of dog which was turned around with Thuya 200.
Is there any danger in me purchasing this on this site and trying it on my own? I am guessing that the Thuya 200 is the granules since that seems to be the only dosage that has 200 available. Can someone please help me because our pup is chewing, scratching 24/7. Thanks!
