depression and anxiety

I am 38,got two years old twin babies,been suffering from acid.sinus and allergy,saw all kinds of specialists of alopathic,nothing cures finally my pcp telling me I have depression and anxiety so I need to see Psychiatric,please help me with depression and anxiety as I agreed with my pcp.
