high blood pressuer
Sir,I am 41 years male. I am working on computer from 9 to 5 , and having little physical activity...my BP is 150/100, i started to change the life style it worked fine and bp came to 130/90 but as i left the routine and control ,my Bp is again apprx 150/100, so kindly advice my homeo medicine for this...with regards,

Please take three doses of Nux Vomica 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).
day 1 morning
1st dose
day 1 evening
2nd dose
day 2 morning
3rd dose
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

i have taken the medicine as suggested ..but no result my BP is 100/150 ...only thing which i have not followed strictly is the restriction on the use of onion/garlic but i tried to take it at the minimum level..i asked the homeo shopkeeper/doctor abt this medicine he told me to take 15 drops in a glass of water.... but i followed ur suggestions ....
so kindly advice further...
i feel headache+gastric prb once a week otherwise if i do not check BP i couldn't know abt this,,
kindly suggest me the proper and full prescription....
