Tiredness

I had glandular fever 2 years ago during a stressful period of school as a result of coping with stress by going out too late and drinking too much alcohol. This year, I have had a stressful time and did the same thing to attempt to relieve my stress.
I am now tired and experiencing low self-esteem, which has not been a problem for me in the past.My eyes are sensitive to the sun, i have tension in my legs, in particular my calves and a slight tingling sensation. also a slight tingling sensation in my arm/hand every now and again. This has been occurring for 2 weeks. My nose has been blocked, sometimes running just as if I have a cold for the past month.
Can anyone help me?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
In addition, I have been feeling quite negative about myself and my life. I feel best lying in bed in a warm dimly lit room.
My symptoms first appeared 4-5 weeks ago when I realised I was unhappy in my course and began looking at other options.
