swollen glands at the neck

I am recovering from a cold. It started 2-3 weeks ago with runny nose, swollen glands at the neck and under ear and a cough.
The runny nose has stopped for the most part. The right nostril runs alot with yellow, orange, gold colered phlegm and the left nostril doesn't run that much and the color is clear.
The throat is not sore only swollen. The swelling gives me earaches - more on the right ear. I have the feeling I need to pop my ears and when I do there is not any change. I have difficulty swallowing - I don't choke but it hurts to swallow. The swelling seems quite deep in the throat. The swelling is more painful after 5pm. Cold and wind make the swelling ache.
The gums feel inflammed on my right upper teeth although they don't look particularly red. If I press on the right side of my nose then I feel the pain more in the gums. Is there a connection?

For the past few days the right side of my face hurt epecially around the right eye and right cheek bone. The jaw joint also hurts. I do have a bit of TMJ and wear a guard at night.

When my face hurts I have a headache on the right side of my head but I also get headaches at the very front of my head. The headaches on my forehead are rather dull and not so severe.

My tongue is coated white or gray white with a crack down the middle going all the way back. Lots of little red bumps on the tongue.

My left eye has yellow pus in the morning when I wake up but it is not stuck closed. A few days ago it was very red but now it is only a little bit red.

I sleep alot 9-10 hours a night. Last night I woke up in a sweat. Normally I am cold going to bed. I bring a warm bottle to bed to keep me warm.
I feel rather dizzy. Nothing is spinning just feels like I would fall over. The dizziness comes with eye movement, turning my head, taking a deep breath, lying down, sitting still. I can't do something specific to make the dizziness come. These are just examples of when I have experienced it. The head feels full from my eyes upward. I feel i can't think clearly. I feel nervous too. THe dizziness and nervousness comes from the back. Sometimes I feel an energy going from my back to my head making me then more nervous and dizzy. The dizziness is not new. It started in the beginning of May. It went away for awhile but it is now definitely back with this cold.

I have no fever nor have I had in the past 3 weeks.

I feel weak and don't engage in much activity. I like to stay home at the moment and feel rather withdrawn.

So what is the remedy for me? I tried searching for a remedy on my own but I keep getting a different remedy. It all depends how one interprets the symptoms. I find the questionaire is not very easy to use.

I would be very grateful for any suggestions you may have.
Thanks.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Silica
Belladonna
Hepar Sul

Should all help

But suggest low potency silica - say 3x or 6x

BUT if you buy from this site order Silicea as they have a spelling problem.
