Lot of thoughts and constipation

Hi, I'm a 18 year old boy. My mind tends to be overcrowded with obsessive thoughts during the day, sometime I feel more relaxed but other days I'm exhausted in the late afternoon (5-6 pm) because of too much thinking. I'm also constipated because I can't feel the stimulus to evacuate, I only can when I willingly try to think nothing, that happens especially in the morning anyway when I wake up I start to over think like yesterday but most of the time I haven't problem in fall asleep. Often I do many thing but I postpone the moments in which I could stay quiet, sometime when I'm more relaxed I feel a sensation of sadness I don't know exactly why, it a sort of regret and melancholy for something undefined, I'm also scared to not be in control of my life. When I'm with others sometime I feel they're thinking or looking at me. When I make a mistake I get embarrassed because I must have the control over the situation or other would think I'm not they finicky man they think I'm. For example when I'm in a group of person happens that I individuate a girl quietly trying to get her attention but after I get some I show me disinterested to start again after a while.
I'm skinny, 5''10 inches and 60 kg, with black hair.
What homeopathic remedies would you suggest me ? Something that allow me to not get overpowered by too much thoughts and actions to do... I've already taken Argentum Nitricum 200c but hadn't a great improvement.

Thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Hi, what date did you take the arg nit 200 on?

Dr. V wanted you to wait a month.

What is going on now with that remedy-you are still constipated?

I refer people to look at your other thread-

I took Argentum Nitricum 5 days ago, you told me to report back after 4 days.
I'm constipated because lot of thoughts don't allow me to feel te needing of evacuate, I'd like it to became natural instead of having to totally relax for some time. Also I'd like to be more in control of my mind and not give obsessive toughs too much energies.

Hi Bonton,

I told you to report in to see how the remedy was affecting you.

Remedies in higher potencies like the 200c you took can
work deeply in your system and take time to see what
they are doing. Most everyone on this forum says you have
to wait for 2 weeks after you take a dose of 200c. Dr. V wanted
you to wait a month.

From what you reported on the other thread, the remedy
is working bc it helped you relax.

I don't know if Dr. V is still working on this forum or not.
I think the best thing you can do right now is click your
other thread, click Dr. V's name and see his email.

Send him an email about what has gone on with the remedy
and if he still wants you to wait another 25 days. If you
do not get a response, post back on here and someone else
will take up your case.

Regards,

Simone717

Is it negative to take 1 pill a day of Argentum Nitricum 200c ?

bonton last decade
The answer would be, No do not do that.

Remedies are taken again when they stop
their action upon you. If you take it when the
remedy is still working-- then you overdose and you
will bring back previous things you had before.

Your problem is a chronic problem and for that
people need to be supervised on when to take doses.
It is not like an acute illness ( sudden things like cold
or flu where people can take 3 doses of a remedy
a few hours apart and notice quickly that the sickness
is leaving.)

It's been about 3 weeks since I took the Argentum Nitricum for the first time. I had some form of stronger anxiety than normal, I felt also sad to not be able to say my opinion instead of say nothing then seems I'm losing some hair up the forehead in the center, is it normal ?
Constipation got better for a couple of days, after I evacuate I think I did everything and I don't need to do again so I'm constipated again...

Hi Bonton,

Click on Dr. v's name and send him an email and ask him
about repeating or trying another remedy. He has not
been responding on the forum to people. You can follow
him by email. If that does not work then post back on here.

Hello,
I had a period of some days in which I felt so good that I hadn't constipation. But as soon as I start to ruminate on many things or excessively focus on few I get constipated and exhausted again. Whenever something happens I over think about why happened, what means, etc and I get exhausted. I think constipation means I accumulate lot of thoughts without letting them flow, also when I can't understand something I turn sad and a bit depressed :(
Do you have any idea ?

thanks

bonton last decade
Dear bonton.

The arg nit is for overthinking and anxiety among other things.

Your constipation is linked to anxiety. This is a common
thing to have happen.

The remedy is to be taken, then wait and watch how long
it holds before taking it again. Take another dose of the remedy
and see how long effects last for and report in when you
start to do the overthinking and constipation returns.

Overthinking is a habit. You need to understand when you
are doing it, that you recognize it, and then distract yourself
anyway you can, turn on music, get up and walk around,
go for a walk, talk to someone, turn on the tv, watch
a you tube educational video or a fun video. It takes 3 weeks
to break a habit.

This particular habit creates anxiety loops in the brain, and
releases stress chemicals, it is never, ever productive or helpful.

What do you mean - When you can't understand something you
get sad? What types of things are you feeling you cannot
understand?

Best,

Simone

I've been taking Argentum Nitricum for much more than 1 month and constipation just went away for about 4 days and I'm not sure it is because of that remedy then I'm going to have it again. I've read the Argentum is for a person always anxious and apprehensive that shows that symptoms to others. Instead I tend to keeps everything inside me, rarely I cry but there must be no one around me because they can't understand... I have many somatic signs like constipation, hair loss, etc right now. I do over think about past situation so I become melancholic for something I don't really know. Anny idea of a best matching remedy for me ?

thanks

case in detail.

Please fill out the answers to the form http://www.abchomeopathy.com/forum2.php/188925 and I will

Please answer the following questions in a descriptive manner after careful analysis and recollection of previous experiences and happenings.

1. Describe your main suffering?
I can't relax my mind because it has always something to ruminate on or, on the other hand, there are periods in which I lack interest in life but I keeps all of this inside me without sharing neither with my parents so sometimes a depressive loop is created. I also have somatic signs of this condition, constipation above all but recently I'm loosing some hair. Sometimes when I feel depressed I could react with a bit of anger but it just aggravate the situation.

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
The fingers became blue and I feel cold when I'm anxious or after I eat. My tonsils are inflamed and there is a thin white layer on the tongue under the uvula.

I am unable to relax and let things flow so my mind create a sort of block that doesn't let emotions comes out but keeps them inside. When I have an appointment, or something to do I feel a sort of melancholy because it will finish, so I'd like to stop the time in that event.

1. How long has throat been inflamed? What are the symptoms, swollen
pain? hot , dry , scratchy, hard to swallow? have you seen the dr.
on this or taken medication? What makes it feel better? What
makes it feel worse?
The larynx usually gets inflamed when I'm constipated for a longer period or when I feel I'm keeping feelings inside me. This happens especially when I'm with people because sometimes I feel everybody is looking at me, while I'd like to let myself go and express what I am without worries or too much control of emotions.
I haven't taken any medication for the throat lately, last time the doctor said it is a viral inflammation. Eating or drinking makes it feel better but just for a while.

2. What are your favorite foods that you want to eat frequently?
Chocolate, fish, cream, biscuits, pizza are my favorite foods.

3. When was last dose of Lexoten and how long did you take it for?
It was months ago and I took it very few times only when I couldn't control anxiety.

4.Why did you feel alone and panic as a child? what was going on
and how long ago?
I didn't feel panic as a child, I used to isolate myself from others and staying on my own.

5.You get fearful when you cannot understand something?
Give some examples of what you can't understand.
I get fearful thinking of a new situation when I don't know how to behave and what to do. For example I like reading a trip plan carefully trying to imagine how I could behave in every possible situation but this is not possible of course. I also doesn't feel comfortable when I fail at something.

6.I understand you to say, isolation makes it worse. Being in
pace with things makes it better. What do you mean being in
pace with things?
I mean I feel very relaxed and there is no worry.

What other things make it worse, or better-sleep, food or drink,
exercise, mental work?
Too much focusing on few and same thoughts.

7. How do you drink water, in gulps or sips of it?
In sips.

8. What are you doing now, in school? working?
I'm in school.

9. Why do you miss the past?
I see it as a time in which I'd like to refuge and maybe a way to try to escape from actual events and the time that goes by.

10. Are you living at home now? What is the relationship like
with your parents ?
Yes I'm living at home. Right now the relation with my parents is quite stable but there was a period in which I hated them because they wanted to limit my freedom not allowing me to go where I'd like to go.

Hi bonton,

Please purchase Arsenicum Album 200c and take one dose,
3 pills under the tongue an hour before or after food or drink.
Report back 24hours after taking this.

On your diet, try to cut down on sweets and get a couple salads,
and vegetables in there once a day and have protein with every meal.
When you have the right amount of protein you will automatically
not be craving sweets so much.

simone717 last decade
Hello, I'm eating sweets rarely because I changed my diet with vegetables, fibers, fruits and other things suggested in case of constipation but they only work when I feel good.

Hi,
I understand. Good you changed it
for overall health, regardless.

simone717 last decade
Can I associate the Arsenicum Album with Alumina ? I've read it is good for skin and mucous membranes dryness, constipation without stimolus and slowness of large intestine

bonton last decade
No.

One has to take and match the physical , mental state, along
with many other things to get the best match. You cannot
treat the constipation as an acute illness, it is part of a
chronic illness of anxiety in your case.

Hello,
they gave me drops 50% alchool instead of pills, how many drops should I take and how ?

thanks

Hi, take 2 drops in a teaspoon of water.

simone717 last decade
Hi, I took the Arsenicum Album 3 days ago and that's the situation. I was able to keep my back straight instead of having a small stoop and the sleep quality is improved. The constipation maybe is a bit better but not that much and every time I evacuate way less than what I should.
In these days my mood is very down and sad, like if my fears were coming to light even more... I'd like to break down and cry shouting 'Who am I ? Why ? Help me!' but I keep all of this inside me :(.
