Leftover tissue after a natural miscarriage

Sorry if this is TMI. I recently suffered a blighted ovum around 13 weeks (sac measured at 8 weeks), and about a week after I found out I had contractions and passed a lot of tissue. I had an ultrasound today (2 weeks after I passed the tissue) and there i still some tissue left. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow, and am guessing that he will want to prescribe me something to pass the rest. I am wondering if there are natural (homeopathic) options that will help me pass this, as I am still breastfeeding my 18 month old and would not feel comfortable taking medication, unless absolutely necessary. Thank you, any suggestions would be appreciated

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Depending on how much is left inside, the doctor would either go for D&C or give some oral medicine, usually, Misorprostol.

The homeopathic equivalent would be a single dose of Sil 200c. Just one dose. If the case is recent, it will successfully expel it out.

I'd listen to the doctor's advise as left over placenta can cause infection, fever and other complications.

Thank you so much for your reply. It just happened a couple weeks ago. Is that the full name of the remedie?

The name of the remedy is Silica 200c.

If its been a few weeks, how do you know its still there. Any fever, infection, discomfort etc...

Ok, thank you. I had an ultrasound last thursday, and they said there was still some tissue left. I have also had blood tests done last monday, and again on thursday I have a doctors appointment on tuesday so I will see what he thinks, but I would like to treat it as natural as possible. I havent had a fever or discomfort or anything.
