hip dislocation in dog

I have a Labrador who is 9 months old but had his right hind hip/leg dislocated around a month back.He moves with his back swaying. Should i give him Arnica Q one drop in 200ml of water three times a day for 7 days initially or not? Pl. suggest any other medicine with known good results in similar cases.

Please give him 5 drops each of Symphytum 200 in the morning and Arnica 200 in the evening for 7 days and see how that affects. The remedy may be mixed with some water which he may lick or it may be directly given in mouth.

Started giving him the medicines there is relief in pain and increase in general level of alertness. One known homeopath who had a look at the dog said that since no bone has broken and there is a hip dislocation better option will be to give Ruta 200 5 drops in morning and evening. Pl. advise
