Wife's weight gain

Since we have gotten married 7 years ago, my wife has grown terribly fat. She is constantly eating and doesn't seem to have the desire or willpower to diet. As she has gotten heavier, she also has become less active, which only contributes to make her get fatter. Is there anything she can take that would reduce her appetite?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Your wife should use Nat Phos 6x (Biochemic) dose 2 tablets after both lunch and dinner and she should lose about 1kg per week if she is, as you state, overweight.

She should also be counseled to exercise regularly either by walking briskly or in the gym and should be advised to control her eating habits.

Many thanks for the advice about the Nat Phos 6x. Getting her to exercise and control her eating will be harder. Will the Nat Phos 6x do some good without dieting?
