cystic lesion in pelvis/ovarian cyst
terus measures 81.8 (SI) x 36.9 (AP) x 49.3 (TR) mm. Endometrial thickening measures 20 mm. The anatomy of junctional zone appears preserved. Right ovary is normal and measures 3.3 (AP) x 2.3 (TR) x 3.9 (SI). Multiple small follicles seen in it. A cystic vein seen in the pelvis extending superiorly little above the umbilical and measures 177.2 (SI) x 93.3 (AP) x 9.4 cm in size. It displays hypointense signal on T1W getting bright on T2WI. A small solid nodular component seen in the posterior wall of cyst measuring 9 x 10 x 16 mm and shows subtle enhancement on post contrast images. Left ovary not identifiable separate from it. It is seen compressing and displacing the uterus posteriorly and extending beyond umbilicus under the abdominal wall. Another curvilinear thick irregular enhancement seen in the inferior part of the lesion. No free fluid is seen. IMPRESSION: - CYSTIC LESION IN PELVIS EXTENDING UPTO THE UMBILICUS AND COMPRESSING THE UTERUS POSTERIORLY D/D OVARIAN MASS LEFTdeepali on 2013-10-20

I shall copy my default therapy for Endometriosis and Chololate Cysts(CC) which I hope will also help you to reduce your CC's even though they are a giant dimensions which I rarely encounter.
You will please be patient to enable my therapy to reduce your CC's and it may take over 3 months to observe the first signs of this reduction. If you however you observe some signs of some misadventure, you will be compelled to have laparoscopic surgery to be done to resolve your problem immediately. It is indeed a great pity that have left your case so very late in life as it could have been resolved some years ago.

Bellis Perennis 30c
Arnica 30c
Apis 6c
All remedies to be taken in the Wet dose twice daily leaving about an hour between each.
Bellis Perennis reduces the Chocolate Cysts (CC) that are usually present with Endometriosis and also prevents the spread of the lesions internally.
Apis 6c will help the body to reabsorb the Chocolate coloured fluid which fills them. US Scans taken 3 months into treatment prove that there is no trace of any colour in the fluid. The CC usually reduce about 1cm per month.
Arnica will reduce your pain and the bleeding that many patients suffer from, some on a continuous daily basis.
Please note that this therapy is not an instant fix to your problem and you may have to take it for some time into the future.
Report your response in a week and after your next period.
You will not take any drugs when you start my therapy.
Please follow the instructions below to make the Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy.
Order the remedy in the Liquid pack in Alcohol, also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard at least 6 times before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this enhances the effect of the remedy on the user.
Do not use Coffee, Cola beverages, preserved foods like sausages, ham and bacon as they contain Saltpeter.

I will start medicines immediately
My symptom are as follows ,
pain in lower abdomen, pain extending to lower thighs and calf muscles of leg
frequent urination
So far periods are regular however painful .
I have been advised surgery and i hope to cure this through homeopathy .

I failed to inquire yesterday about your age and for how long you have suffered from your problems and what treatment including drugs have been used by you up to now.

earlier Doc thought they were
fibroid after seeing the USG
took only homeopathic medicine
no other treatment .
Homeo meds taken were Puls 1 M every week
As that time also Surgery was recommended.Finally the mri confirmed that its not fibroids . also i have multiple food allergies so i assumed my stomach ache was largely because of that .
Now also have have itching on my stomach and groin region
