Weight gain for pre term baby
Hi,My baby is a pre term baby ,born in 33 weeks. Her birth weight is 1.67 kg. Now she is of 8 months ( corrected age with expected delivery date is 6 1/2 months) her weight is now around 5.2 . She is gaining almost 300 -400 gms per months. We have started solid to her 2 months back and she is on formula feed. She is very active and started balancing head and rolling over , seating with support. Whenever we are consulting pediatrician , they are showing concern on her wight . Kindly let me know , is it normal to have this weight or do we need to take some opinion on her weight gain.
