This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
If you are feeding your baby, the weight loss will be gradual and in 2 years you should be close to your pre-conception weight provided you eat a balanced diet and do exercise.

Unless you have a tendency to gain weight or you are eating lots of sweets, there is no reason your weight should not go back.

Try to work without medicines first.

Thank you for your prompt revert. I could not breast feed my baby beyond four months and I am frontline job wherein its difficult for me to have a big tummy. Its very much visible and I wish to get rid of it soon. I do not exercise but I dance for almost 20 to 25 minutes daily. I do not wish to loose weight overall but the tummy part is really awkward.
Please advice if Nat Phos 6x isgood for me

Nat-Phos won't work for you. I don't know who told you and based on what.

I can advise the following non medicinal approach as I am against using any form of medicine if the problem can be addressed by diet & exercise alone.

Exercises for you: Crunches & sit-ups. If you want fast results, start off with 10 crunches & 10 sit ups, thrice a day. In 2-3 days you will know how toned up your body is. You will have sore muscles of abdomen mainly which will tuck your abdomen in which has gotten flabby due to extension of child bearing. Keep increasing the sit ups & crunches steadily over days so that your muscles stay sore for 1-2 hrs after exercise. This is the optimal & fastest way.

Diet: Eat a balanced diet which means not starving yourself. Stop eating all forms of artificial sweets & junk food. Eat 1-2 servings of any fruit per day. Drink low fat (1% milk) 2-3 servings a day. Eat whole foods only (whole wheat flour, brown rice etc.). Stop all white flour & white rice. Eat ample protein to keep yourself adequately filled.

Three months on this routine and I can guarantee you that you will be delighted with the results.

If you want to try nat phos, go over to Joe de Livera's site
and read about it. http://www.joedelivera.com

You can talk to Joe on his own site. He is the one who came
up with this protocol for losing weight.

Thank you for your advice. Just one concern, i had a c section and also I have slip disk problem. To my understanding crunches and sit ups might worse my condition. Would doing front plank help me. I checked and found that it will not worse my back ache for sure but will it help keeping the tummy in???

I read about Nat phos 6x in this forum itself so was curious. Also , for me it is difficult to exercise thrice a day. I can exercise only in the morning hours when my baby is sleeping and after that I go to work. Please advice about front plank and for how long I must do it???

You are right, with slip disc you should avoid crunches & sit ups.

For building core strength, you are better off using front planks.

I'm sure for your slip disc you would have been advised back strengthening exercise alongwith core strength. Are you doing those. A strong core will go a long way!

Another exercise considering your back is get on all fours, suck tummy in, hold for as long as you can. Repeat 3-5 times.

Google and you will find a few more exercises.
