Encephalitis Viral

This is following on from previous post on adult chicken pox, as I haven't had an answer and I would hope someone very experienced and qualified might answer me.

I am Melody's mother. Melody had suspected chicken pox 9 days ago with sudden outbreak of sores/pimples (better) pressure, double vision, shakey vision, wavey vision, things coming at her, things appear moving, light-headed, nausea worse talking and movement, extreme photophobia which is improving, hates noise, drifts in and out of sleep all day, very poor short-term memory (forgets what you told her 30 minutes before althoguh that is improving - 2 days ago she could only say a few words before falling asleep or stupor, now she can carry on a conversation), twitches in back and hands, last long time, she feels better at night, after 8pm, and worse in morning/daytime. She cannot walk unaided as feet/legs seem out of control, if seated cannot hold herself upright but sways with loss of balance.
I don’t know if this applies but there were fires and heavy smoke in the area at the time. Melody struggles with feeling unsupported and alone. She is the foster carer for her 3 year old niece, and Docs has stopped her seeing her brothers. I am her only real support and I usually live 300 kms away. We talk 3-4 times a day on the phone usually.
I am not a qualified homeopath but I've used it and studied it for many years. I owned a health food shop and naturopathic clinic for 30 years. I feel this is beyond me and would appreciate any help you can give me to help my daughter. I suspect she may need Helloborus for the cerrebellar ataxia but perhaps I am jumping the gun or incorrect. I am giving her vitamins, Olive Leaf, Echinacea, Lecithin.
Melody is a tall, fleshy blonde girl, 20 kg overweight, soft-natured, always been a bit fearful and emotional, very motherly, has OCD from sexual assault/home invasion 5 years ago expressing as fear of intruders at night if she is alone and she will sit up all night checking windows and doors and holding kitchen knives, can result in panic attack. If you approach her while she is asleep she has tremendous start and sits in panic. She is spiritual, quite psychic, a natural healer and astute about people, likes to be organised but not obsessive, she was born with Hepatitis C treated with 1 years chemo 3 years ago, very sick with it, nausea, headache, Golden Staph itchy skin lesions all over. Treatment successful re Hep C. Never been promiscuous or drug user. Very GOOD girl, tries very hard, feelings run strong and on the surface. Soft, loving, caring nature, but can hold onto resentment. I don’t think she's been immunised unless as adult. Her periods are painful, sometimes heavy and clotted. She doesn't like crowds. She has very flexible ligaments. She is prone to headaches, nausea and diarrhea.

Father has psoriasis, drug addiction issues, had gonorrhea and gave it to me. Same with Hep C.
I (mother) have had a rectal tumour from wart virus and many tears/repairs from giving birth, cured now, also duodenal ulcer, irritable bowel, Hep C, chronic fatigue/andrenal fatigue syndrome.
PLEASE HELP MELODY with current viral encephalitis.
