Week Erection from last 2 years

I have observed that i had erection problem during masturbate in 2011 September his reason. For this reason didn't marry till now. Please help me to gain some confidence to have better SEX life after marriage. Until now i postponed my marriage as i was thinking to get normal erection before marriage. But no use. Finally getting married in December 2013. Please help me to build some confidence

Age: 33

Marital Status: Unmarried (but planning to get sometime sooner)

Built: Skinny/Thin (that didn't create any problems for me in health department, be it sexual).

Bad Habits: I can't think of any other then that I have to masturbate once a day (sometimes not ejaculating deliberately) until 2011 September. Is it normal habit?

Life Style: Just completed my masters & currently unemployed so I have irregular timings for sleeping & waking up. Mostly I am a night owl. I don't either drink nor smoke or do anything related to them.

Disease History: None. I have never had any serious disease. No problem with blood pressure or sugar. BUT I had chicken pox when I was 23

Mood: Constant mood swings. Easily irritated. Also usually depressed & stressed out. Don't like going out. (all of this has increased even more because of this problem).

Problem History: About couple of years or more ago I started getting strong erection (to the full point) for unknown reasons. These erections used to last couple of weeks or more. One day my strong potency was in a long run (don't remember for how long it lasted). Anyways; one day I decided to relieve myself of it by masturbating. For some reason I took my time in ejaculating & sometime later I was distracted to something. And when I looked back down, my penis had suddenly lost its erection; which usually remained maintained for good time previously. And when I tried to get back the erection it did not work. Earlier that day just thinking about doing something like that gave me erection, now it didn't work.

I decided not to do it for a week but I didn't get much erection again either.

Since then it seems I have lost the strong potency. Now I am not talking or worried about the strong erections I used to get from time to time but my normal potency I used to have normally. My normal potency used to be good enough.

Current Problems I have noticed:

> If I am laying down it is even harder for me to get good erection. While sitting or standing I can get my penis to erect to significant size but it remains soft (not significant enough for an intercourse I believe).

> During half asleep I get erection (very rare) but when I am fully wake it goes away. (Meaning in a way no morning erections).

> I don't get night falls what so ever. But I didn't use to have them before, except once ... I think ... Is it normal?

My perception: My belief is that my problem is psychological. I mean how can I loose normal potency suddenly like that ... or can I? The moment I lost the erection that day I got tensed & depressed & started telling myself I have gotten impotent. Nevertheless; I now get either weak/soft potency or many times no potency at all. Plus I have lost my confidence.

My Experiments:

> If/When I don't masturbate for a couple of weeks or month & keep my self away from anything related to SEX I get the erection but not hard. This also didnt help much ... probably cause once I didn't really have control over my will power & used to masturbate now & then without ejaculating.

> consulted one urology in nov 2011 and he gave some medicine, which helped me to get hard. But i was not comfortable.Later stopped using that medicine also 1 year back. Now not thinking about SEX but no improvement.
