Suffering From Bleeding Piles

I am 29 Years old male and I am banker and most of time I have to site for more than 9 hours in my office for work. Last year I started to have a bit of constipation and after 4 to 5 days of that I started to have blood after stool, blood was bright red and I was having no pain, but after few days I started to have severe in anus after bowl movement, as a remedy I took, ispagol in mild hot milk before sleep and I took R-13 10 drops thrice a day.

Though I did not have any relief, then I took allopathic medicine,

1. Daflon 500 twice a day
2. Levofloxacin 250mg twice a day
3. omeprazole 20mg twice a day one hour before taking the meals.

This relieved me a bit, but whenever I left these medicine pain and blood again start to happen. After all that one of my friend recommended me two desi herbs,

1. Charaita/Swertia
2. BrahamDandi

Soak these herbs in water overnight and drink the filtered water of these herbs early in the morning with empty stomach, I used it for 10 days and afterwards I was not having any pain or constipation or blood in my stool. But now after 3 to 4 months this treatment I am again having very severe burning feeling after the bowl movement and blood after the bowl. I am not taking any medicine now, I need your recommendation as I am afraid of surgical treatment and I am sick of having allopathic medicine. Please help me.
