Kali Sulph Daily okay?

I've taken the tissue salt
Kali Sulph (12X) for a couple of it's listed cures. I benefitted from it. One way which I didn't expect and what I did not particularly take it for is that it's seems to have alleviated chronic constipation and difficulty passing stool. I have had this issue for years and it seems that when I take this remedy, it completely keeps me regular. I feel very good and better than I have in some time. It also cleared up eczema that I had on my face.
My concern is: Is it okay to take this remedy at frequent dosages like this?
I was thinking that perhaps my diet and blood were deficient and that is why I have responsed so favourably to it.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You can take a cell salt for 3 weeks and then take a week off.

The cell salts are to balance out the interior of the cell itself
so that your body absorbs nutrients correctly and then
functions well.

If you feel it has taken care of your problems then you don't
need to take anymore unless symptoms come back. Everyone
responds differently and you adjust dosing to your reactions.
Don't think of this as a daily vitamin tablet, optimally you
take it as needed and then don't need it at all.

Thanks Simone. I will take for another 4/5 days and then see how it goes and if I keep the benefits that I have been feeling thus far.
