Infant sowllen lymph nodes

Dear all, my son had enlarged lymph node behind his both ears at about when he was only 4 weeks old..now he is 11 weeks old with several enlarged lymph nodes around his neck area where neck and hair line meets..he also has cradle cap, rashes all over his neck area, elbow and knee area. Doctors prescribed antibiotics for him, he took the antibiotic at 5weeks old and had loose stools in every feeding so we stopped it. Now I am in desperate need to resolve this situation..he also has severe Gerd,, he is a breastfeeding baby, he seems to break out in rashes if I eat dairy, egg, soy and wheat. Please help us any suggestion ?
