ADHD twin children
Hi,I am having 3 week premature 2 yr 9 month of twin baby, both of whom are very active, don't speak much other than just bubbling. And most worrying factor is that they don't follow the instruction. I don't know if they do understand much or not! I started giving Apis Mell 30 from yesterday by reading some mail but I know each kids and each cases are different, so any suggestion would be really great for us.

In homeopathy, each patient is different to each other so should be treated solely on his individual symptoms.
Please describe how was your pregnancy, delivery, and your moods then.
Did they take any fall after birth?
What are the peculiar symptoms ?
Try to provide as much information as possible regarding their mentals, physicals, mile-stones, the way they see others, words they speak etc.

Thanks rishimba for the quick response. In general my pregnancy period was not too bad but baby girl was not growing too well due in the last scan so they decided to do emergency C section delivery which was 3 week early than scheduled. They kept the baby girl for 1 week in incubator and after that they discharged her. Baby boy was discharged straight away.
They didn't fall after birth. They born with 1.75 and 2.5 kg but from then they grew quite well and gained their weight nearly to the normal baby after 1.5 years. They started crawling at 6-8 month and started walking at 18 month. From six month of time, they started bubbling few words like papa, nana but then their vocabulary hasn't increased much. May be one reason would be that we haven't given much time to them as we had loads of work with both baby and haven't got any assistence from anywhere!
The main problem with them is that both are very active and do the activity like throwing items from basket, climb on the table. Girl speaks more than boy but boy does more of imaginative tasks like putting differnet shapes through their own hole. Put A-Z, 1-9, and animals in their shapes very quickly. Initially they were not doing any eye contact, now girl started doing more but baby boy still doesn't do too much though improved alot from last 12 month to 6 month to now. Baby boy put everything in a single line and crys alot if someone changes it. They don't follow the instruction or point finger to do the things.
They easily go with anyone and when we left them on preschool, they hadn't looked/missed us but started doing the same activity their as well.

They have taken 18 months to start walking which is quite late. Regarding their speech, I don't think you should be too much worried at this stage. Many children taken about 3.5 years to start building up their vocabulary.
The information you have provided doesnt indicate any mental or physical trauma, suppression or exposure to toxic heavy metal vapours.
What diseases have been running in the family on both sides? Does their father's side have any history of alcoholism, suicides or mental illnesses?
If you don't have any of the things asked above, you should wait and watch. You can come back here after 6 months if you think things aren't improving.

Thanks again rishimba for the reply. We don't have any mental problem in our near family. Our main problem is their lack of concentration and not understanding our instruction. Pedestrian in UK had observed them and they too had a similar observation!

Newparent, when the underlying cause of symptoms is not known, its better to give them treatment based on their constitution. Children make their constitution known to homeopaths by their behaviour in the clinic. If the homeopath finds out the constitution, the treatment will give them a definite improvement in their symptoms.
