tinea Cruris problem....any dr suggest me...

i am 24 yrs,male and have been suffering tinea cruris
from last 8 years. As a result the
Skin of the groin area ,inner thighs genital area got
somewhat folded and become brownish and rough .I
have consulted with serveral darmatologist , they
identified it as Tinea Cruris. Have consumed lots of
medicine but it never got cured completely .only get temporal relif...
i have taken this medicine...
1. graphitise...200
2.graphitis 1000
3. Thuja 200C one dose a day for three days.
4. Natrum Mur 30C three times a day for three days.

but I did not see any visible changes...
Please advice me what to do.

Dissolve 2 drops in 3 tablespoons water in a cup, stir a few times and drink. Do this twice everyday for 15 days.

Result will not be seen before couple of days.

I have had fever and taken allopathic medicine. Now I
am fine . i cant take Tellurium6c..and 6c is not available in my local store
However I would like to inform you that tinea my growin area becoming discolored and it is
causing lots of itching.
dr. what about the Bacillinum200 ... is it good or helpful for tinea?
