Questions

I am a 34 year old white woman. I took 1 30c dry pellet of ignatia amara. I took it because I was a little stressed and I thought it would help. After I took it hours later I walked outside to my car. As soon as I got outside I felt unbalanced. When I got to my car my eyes were all blurry. It was rainy, windy and cold outside. I got into my car and waited. I started to feel better and I drove home. That night my socks were soaked from sweat. I don't know what is going on with me. I rested. Today I have felt sick to my stomach all day. I am eating but just quinsy. Could this be from taking the pellet or do I have a virus or something? I have no fever.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I think you are having a reaction to the remedy-a big reaction.
These things should stay awhile and then leave. Ignatia can
be intense in what goes on after it- fwi. Usually I notice people,
get tired, dizzy, have to lay down and then start releasing all kinds
of past emotional states. The emotional states will always feel
somewhat like this just happened, so be aware of that.

It may take several days for all this to go and then you will feel
much more peaceful, it will be worth it.
