My 3 year old daughter having cough cold and fever any prescription ?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give her Belladonna 30 twice a day for 3 days. If this doesn't help much report back with details of her thirst, appetite, mentals and other significant symptoms.
