repertory help ?

I am looking for the symptoms:
"lifts / draws shoulders up (permanently)" and "teeth are pressed together (permanently). Can anybody give me a hint, where to find that in the repertory?

you teeth use word
(clench(ed)) in search..

shoulders --(raised)--often there is even a generalization as "upper limbs raised" this include shoulders..

...again this may be chiropractic situation---check up not hurt--

how long this been going on?
what occur prior?
any pain?
