Red spots on legs and feet

Hello doctors!

My name is jean and I am from the Philippines and now is based in Dubai.

Three weeks ago, I noticed tiny red spots on my feet which I disregard as I thought they were just insect bites, in a two days time, the red spots scattered up and had appeared on my legs as well. I then asked for help of a general practitioner doctor which told me it might be pupura so she advised to see a dermatologist.

I met my derma and she told me my platelets are fluctuating and so I have to do biopsy as she is suspecting it might be vasculitis.

It scares me thinking about the biopsy and continued searching on what are the cure to this ailment until I found homepathy. But I am totally blank on what needs to be taken in. Please do enlighten me and advise me what kind of medicines I can take.

Thanks!
