Pilendal sinus

I am having pilendal sinus
from last 6 months.
its not that much painful.
but blood and pus coming out from the cyst after every 10- 12 days and at that time i feel itching.
i took antibiotics for 20 days but again it came:(:(
so dr suggested to go for surgery...i dnt want to g for surgery as i heard that it tke time to heal and there are chances of reoccurences.
please help me on this.
i heard that homeopathy has cure of it... so i wen to hoemopathy dr and he giving me sulphet, ACne from last 10 days but still pus is coming out...i want to know that pus is coming out so cyst is healing or not?
please i really really need your help and suggestion.

Myristica 200 ,4 to 5 pills once a day and Calc.sulph 6x ,5 tabs three times a day .feed backs every 4 days.

when pus and blood will stop from cyst?
2) how to know..i mean what is the symptomps so i can say that its healing?
3) is there any long term serious effect of cyst?

yes will stop.

when the pain subsides and oozing stops.

increase in pain,sitting ,sleeping a problem.may aggravate and make walking difficult.

i am taking homeopathy med from last 10 days but today cyst broke and blood and pus coming out with no pain.
what should i think medicine is effecting?
i heard that sometime with the use of this medicine all pus will come out slowly...is this right process of healing?
