If there was any injury to your penis and there is pain, then it requires treatment, otherwise its normal.

All males have one testicle bigger and one smaller, its normal. Unless there was some injury or pain, no need to do anything.

No need to take these remedies, you are fine without them.

Just eat balance diet, exercise, sleep enough and keep yourself well hydrated.
