Chalazion in 2 year old

I have a 23 months old boy with what we think is chalazion on his right eye. I took him to several doctors, noody could tell if it is really chalazion or not. He has a red dot on his lower eyelid and a bump inside his eyelid. This has been going on for 6 months now. He is rubbing his eyes and nose most of the time. His eye is red and irritated on and off, with a yellow crusty discharge every morning, more or less, and recently he started having tiny dots of pus on his upper eyelid, that look like a sty but go away the same day or next day. He is a very fussy baby, needy and clingy, will not play by himself at all. We live in the high desert, very dry climate. He tested allergic to the protein in milk, never had real milk just lactose free formula. Also he had eczema on and off on his face and inner thighs. He is blond, fair white skin, blue eyes.
Please help with his eye !Thank you!!

23 months old, 33lbs, 36 inches
1. Age, weight, height

Well build, normal weight, blond, white fair skin, blue eyes, big head, tall for his age
2. Physical appearance of the child (features, complexion)

His first teeth came out about 8 months, he still doesn't have his back molars, he started standing at 11 months, walking about 13-14 months
3. Milestones achieved and what age (teething, standing, walking)

I took him to several doctors, noody could tell if it is really chalazion or not. He has a red dot on his lower eyelid and a bump inside his eyelid that looks like chalazion. This is his right eye.He is rubbing his eyes and nose most of the time. His eye is red and irritated on and off, some days more than others, with a yellow crusty discharge every morning, more or less, and recently he started having tiny dots of pus on his upper eyelid, that look like a sty but go away the same day or next day.
4. Symptoms of the health problem

I didn't really find anything that makes it better
5. What makes the problem better (e.g. warmth, cold, pressure etc.)

Cold air makes it more irritated, but so does a bath.I haven't notice cold or warmth to have a big impact on the irritation or pus.
6. What makes the problem worse (e.g. warmth, cold, pressure etc.)

It doesn't seem to affect him that much. He is just rubbing his eye sometimes. He did become more cranky and demanding lately.
7. How is the child behaving during this problem (e.g. irritable, restless, tearful etc.)

Six to seven months with days when it looks normal, to days where it's irritated and gets a dot of pus. The red tiny dot on his right lower eyelid never went away throughout this 6 months. It is more irritated and the pus started to show up since the weather has gotten cold, about a month.
8. How long the problem has been there

I have blue, very sensitive eyes as well and I think he maybe has my eyes. Also I get conjunctivitis quite often and he had it as well a few times before this issue.
9. What is the reason of the problem in mother’s view

Usually he has one stool a day, but there are days when he has 2-3 stools, little tiny pellets like a rabbit which makes me think he is constipated. He drinks a lot( chamomile and mint tea with a little bit of honey and lemon, water and he did drink when he was little carrot and apple juice with lots of water.) He is not potty trained yet so I change a lot of diapers per day.
10. How is the stool & urine

He is sleeping with us, and always wants to sleep on top of the comforter, he wakes up crying and usually drinks tea throughout the night.Wakes up at least twice a night and then goes back to sleep.
11. How is the child’s sleep

He isn't really afraid of anything but he doesn't like strangers, when people get close to him or talk to him.
12. What is the child afraid of

He used to sweat a lot on his back and neck seems to have gotten better lately.
13. Where does the child sweat normally

He rubs is nose a lot like it would be itchy, he never got a cold without laryngitis ever since he was a baby, he had ear infections from eight to 12 months old and the doctors recommended tubes. We did a homeopathic treatment for his ears for 3 months and problems went away after about a month, never got to tubes and never had an ear infection since. He had eczema on his face and inner thighs for abut 5 months, I gave him homemade fresh carrot, apple and celery juice with water for a month and the eczema went away. Now he has a rash on his chest all the way towards his diaper area that doesn't go away for a week , little tiny red dots with sand like paper skin that doesn't seem to bother him.
14. Any problems with nose, throat, ears, chest

He doesn't like strangers, he is very stubborn and demanding, needy, clingy baby.He is very curios , wants to know everything, spoiled and lacking discipline. He likes to be in control and pick himself what to eat.Hates when I change his diaper.
15. Describe the nature of the child (shy, headstrong etc. give details)

He is usually hot.
16. Is the child chilly or hot

It was an unexpected unwanted pregnancy, never thought I would carry through, I was always told I will never have kids.
17. Was it a planned pregnancy

I was a relatively easy pregnancy, morning sickness until 4th month. I was tense, sad, financially stressed and depressed throughout the pregnancy. I was afraid he would be sick and have birth defects .
18. How was the pregnancy of the mother (morning sickness, bleeding, happy, sad, tense etc)

We have a friendly relationship, not very affectionate, I yell at my husband often and I am always concerned about not having enough money.
19. How is the relationship of mother & father

Something I thought you should know is that he tested allergic to the protein in milk, he was never breastfed, always on formula. We stopped formula at 10 months old because of his allergy and I just started giving him 6 oz of lactose free formula at 16 months old. Actually I think it's about then that his eye issue started . I don't know if it is related.

Thank you soo much!!!

Your remedy is: Calcarea Carbonica 200c.

How to take the remedy:
Please take two doses 12 hrs apart. Just two doses. Not daily.
Report back with changes observed.
First dose: At night before sleeping.
Second dose: 12 hrs after the first dose.
Don’t take any more dose or any other remedy unless I tell you!

For small children:
One dose is made by dissolving one pill of the remedy (or one drop, if you have liquid remedy) in half a glass of cooled, boiled water. Stir it and take one tea spoon from it.
That’s one dose.
Use the same mixture for subsequent doses, if required.
Don’t refrigerate the mixture. Put it anywhere covered, away from direct sunlight.

How to give feedback during treatment:
A good example of how to report your progress is by giving %age improvement for all your health problems e.g.
Headache: 30% better
Low energy level: 50% better
Anxiety: 40% better
Sadness: No change
Depression: Worse
And so on list all your complaints.

Thank you so much!
I will let you know. Would this also take care of the rash on his chest?
