Pilonidal cyst - Silicea

you mention Silicea 200X...to get the abyss to drain from the inside or out.

Could you tell me plse, I am in the UK, is the '200X' the strength.. because I can purchase this on amazon but it's for horses.. I am not allowed to put the link here..but is this the potency you refer? Please let me know as soon as you can, and many thanks. The link if you look at amazon dot co dot uk is Silicea 200c homeopathy for horses 120 pillules for foreign bodies .. would that be ok for me.. I appreciate not dose other than one in 10 days... and then another after that, if it hasnt cleared.
