Premature Ejaculation inspite of good health

I have been suffering from PE since early teenage, now aged 33 and married since 6 years and have fathered a healthy child, yet my intercourse doesn’t last longer than 2 minutes.

Background:
I weigh 58 kgs, 5.4’’ height, no addictions, regular exercise from early teenage, had been into the habit of masturbation (once a day for 5/7 years) agile and above average intelligent,(somewhat forgetful and absent minded) non vegetarian, light eater, suffer no other illness. Have been a cross country runner during college days. also practiced regular yoga for many years

Climate and work conditions: Childhood was spent in very hot and arid area, and now reside in very airy and cool place since about 12 years, never need AC. Like cold climate, My job keeps me on my feet for about 4 hours a day, i do not lead a sedimentary lifestyle.

Nature: I am hasty in nature, do not like to wait, i eat fast, walk fast and rate of speech is fast too, active, aggressive, easily irritated yet kind, loving, forgiver

Diet: My diet includes vegetables, wheat, bajra, tea, milk (never coffee)rice, eggs, chicken, pulses, cereals etc

Food likes, salty, moderately spicy, roasted-fried-non veg dishes, dislikes: sweet, frequent tea

Other illnesses: only recently sudden constant ringing in left ear (have got used to it and it does not bother me, as there is no cure for it) Used to bite nails, but now i am practising control over it successfully.

Other medication: Even though i have good erection, the libido has lowered these last 3 years, and have been suffering severe premature ejaculation. Have tried taking Sheelajit rasayana and Sheelajit tablets; it has only improved erection but not PE. I have been circumcised and acquire proper length and girth during intercourse, My penis glans are not too sensitive, but soon after few storkes i reach climax and cannot delay it. I have been taking Damiana and Nux Vomica in increasing potency starting from for over two years, it has only helped initially for a year. Its effects have drastically reduced.

Help!!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
How much time do you think should you last to be considered as normal time for ejaculation.

Good question! Just enough to be able make partner satisfied.
My partner needs about 5 minutes of rigorous intercourse minimum ones a week. Am i asking for too much?

Please do some research and you will be amazed about the way the science of sex works.

You will damage your body irreversibly by using these tables & remedies when they are not required.

Here is a primer on sex:

Women need approx. 15-20 min to reach climax. Men need around 2-3 min.

The way around it is foreplay long enough for your wife to be on the verge before you start lovemaking.

Then you have to pace yourself to be able to last long enough for her.
