Seeking Weight loss

Hi,
I am 30, Male, 5 feet 11 inch,
105 kg, obese. I need to reduce wight.
Symptoms:-
1. Big appetite.
2. Feels exhausted soon after exercise.
3. Pain in left knee, mostly at night.
4. Sensitive to cold, and always get cough if there is a cool breeze.
5. I like to be in house all the time and don't like to get out.
6. I like the windows and doors of house shut and don't like outside fresh air, instead I like fan or AC air.
7. I have a severe dandruff problem. With big white pieces of dandruff skin getting out.
8. I feel itch in head and under the underwear.
9. I don't like to eat sweet food or sour food. Very sensitive to bitter food.
10. I like oily food and salty food. I also don't like liquid food more, Instead I like Solid food.
11. I feel low only sometimes, rest of the time I am highly motivated.
12. I tend to work on mobile and laptop at night and sleep only after mid night.
13. I wake up late in morning around 9.30 am.
14. When I go at high altitude, then I feel like omitting out.

I need a remedy for my Obesity, Dandruff and Knee Pain.
Please suggest
