Daughter head sweats while sleeping

I have a 3 years old daughter, whose head sweats a lot when she is sleeping. She is toll but skinny. Sometimes when she is seating her chicks are becoming red. She like to cry. Sometimes in the night when she is sleeping she wakes up and cry. She is getting cold very often. Appetite is ok. Last year she has had lack of D vitamin and Giardia lamblia (she received Metronidazol and tinidazol with summamed). I have read about Silicea. Can I give it to her? How and how long?
I will be grateful for your help.

I am sorry, I havent written for such a long time, but I have had some problems with buying this silicea.
One week ago I have given it to my daughter. Head sweats less but still. I have an impression that she is more pale.

Sweat: when you touch head you feel sweat. Previous we didn't have to touch because we have seen that the head was wet.
HB: I do not know. Month ago it was 12, but maybe it has changed.

Sweating on head while sleeping is a sign of vitamine D and calcium deficinecy. Please get it checked and corrected, before taking any homoepathic medicines like Silica or Calca carb.

Lewel of D vitamine was checked. It is low but ok. Doctors say that it is not the reason.

Dissolve 2 drops in 3 tablespoon water, stir a few times and give her to drink.

Do this once in 5 days for 15 days and update.
