Head Cold
I get a Sinus Infection every winter and have to use an antiobiotic which takes 10 days and often another week to clear infection. Recently started sneezing and took Ferr Phos 30x and then sore throat took took Belladonna 30c; overnight the Bel eliminated the sore throat but awakened with head cold, good energy but sniffling, sneezing and runny nose. I stopped the Ferr Phos when I started using Bel; should I use both Remedies for this head cold? I found these Remedies on Your wonderful Forum; can someone gove me help here, thanks, crimsoncrimson on 2005-10-22
This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Glad to note that you remembered to take the remedies that I have always used and recommended. However it is doubtful that any remedy can help you now as they work best at the first indication of an infection when the virus first strikes. When the bacteria take over it is virtually impossible to stop it and this is when you want the antibiotic. I recommend Azithromycin which is usually in a 6 pack dose 1 tablet to be taken twice daily for 3 days when the infection is usually eliminated.
You may like to build up resistance by taking Bacillinum 200 dose 4 globules to be take once weekly for 3 weeks. Do not exceed this dose.
