pls help..Daughter(6 yrs) got ear pierced for earrings

dear all,

my daughter got her ears pierced for earrings.Her left ear became red and swollen.Some blood oozing from ear.she has pain.please suggest a remedy asap...

Kadwa one ear became red and swollen with bleeding.If we touch the ear she has pain.the earring is not visible from back of the ear,it is embedded in her ear as it is swollen.I gave her the remedies 2 times a day as she goes to school.i will try to give her 3 times.please let me know any ointment which can be applied externally...
