reflux laryngitis

After eating very spicy food I started having problems with swallowing, like clump in the throat, hoarseness, pain, cannot talk much. It seems to be reflux laryngitis. I have had it for 5 days now. Any suggestions what to take?

Thank you.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You can try a dose of Sulphur 30c. 3pills dissolved under the tongue.
Wait and watch for 5 hours and see if their is relief. If there is
do not take any more until or if symptoms become worse again.

You can try this one more time after 5 hours if nothing happened to
see if there is any effect.

The spicy food may have really irritated your throat tissues, so
stay away from that in the future.

I only have sulphur 12x. Is that ok?

The spice must have been jalapeno.

You can try it. Since it is lower potency you may have to
take it 3x in one day with 4 hour gaps. If you notice slight
improvement then you may have to do the same thing
for a couple more days. See if it works, report back if
nothing happens.
