old standing varicocele with impotence and no desire

I have bilateral varicocele grade I and II. This has lead to erectile dysfunction and complete loss of sexual desires. Although I don't exactly know when this started, but I guess this has been since a long time. But, it came to my knowledge last to last year after I had erection issues for which I underwent diagnosis. The details I found of interest were varicocele and low testosterone. I request the doctors in the forum to please respond, if more details are required I will provide to the best of my knowledge.

Hi Dr. Akshay,

I would like to add to the details that in the findings there was also an epididymal cyst found. The testosterone levels when first diagnosed were already low at 480, and later tests found it progressively dropping to 420, then 330 and so on. The last test for semen analysis had found a drop in it too from 90ml to 50 ml. I have tried all possible allopathic remedies like Clomid(Clomiphene citrate), Anastrozole etc to raise the testosterone level, but to no use. Recently, just before I had made up my mind to undergo the scissor as had been recommended by one of the doctors who had first diagnosed me, I made up my mind to try homeopathy. This lead me to research on homeopathic remedies for varicocele and impotence. This lead me to try Flouric acid 30. I have been taking it since 10th dec 2013. In addition I have also been taking a couple of schuessler salts namely calcarea fluorica 3x, ferrum phosphoricum 12x and silicea 12x. I although do not have any severe pain, but sometimes it feels a very mild pain is felt on the spermatic chord within the abdomen. Apart from this I have also been consulting a homeopath specialist, but he's more keen into controlling the impotence first then the varicocele hence he had prescribed me yohimbinum, apart from some sugar globules for a couple of days, not sure what he might have added to it. Also, the remedy you mentioned what is it targeted for, also even if all the mental symptoms do not match, should I still go ahead? Also, is it targeted for varicocele as well as impotence or varicocele alone? Should Plumbum metallicum be given a thought?

Many Thanks.

In continuation to my last post. I would like to add that after trying Flouric acid and the salts, the testicles feel a little full and the cyst does not feel as hard as it did and some nights there are good erections. Not sure if its Yohimbinum or the acid and salts. But, I see some light at the end of the tunnel :)

Doctor I read about the herbs and its benefits on varicocele(which you mentioned). They seem promising. Should I add them to the medications I am taking? Will they add up to a quicker recovery you think? For the impotence do you recommend anything better? Also, the betterment of nightly erections I mentioned, its only some days they are as stiff(very few days its happened as yet), other days they seem to come but not to its fullness. Also there's no desire, due to which during the days sexual thoughts never seem to cross my mind. Even if I try to bring such thoughts, it doesn't stimulate to an erection and the concentration seems to break in the middle and directed towards something else or work.
