Reflux relief for 3 month-old

I'm looking for a natural remedy for my 3mo old baby boy who has reflux. He's been spitting up very frequently and is not sleeping too well. I was reading about Nat Phos 6x but know nothing about it. Please help!

The nat phos 6x is a cell salt treatment for reflux developed
by Joe de Livera, who has been a contributor on this forum.

He also has his own site www.joedelivera.com and you can read
about ti on there.

There are 12 cell salts, this is a sub branch of homeopathy
and the salts work by balancing the cell metabolism by
using the needed salt. Nat phos helps to get the stomach
more alkaline-and stop the reflux. Babies can have colic/reflux
and usually it resolves by about 4 months on its own. There are other
remedies for this if nat phos does not work -cell salts are also
called Dr. Schuessler tissue salts.

You can try giving a 1/2 tablet immediately after a feeding
and not more than 5 times in a day. See how this goes.
After a few days or even a day if better then reduce the amount
of tabs until you don't need them at all.

If you are in USA you can order Nat phos Cell salt 6x online from
Vitacost- it will be hylands brand. Or Whole foods has the cell
salts , same brand , near where homeopathic remedies are.

Your remedy is: Calcarea Carbonica 30c.

HOW TO TAKE THE REMEDY:
Please take two doses 12 hrs apart. Just two doses. Not daily.
Report back with changes observed.
First dose: At night before sleeping.
Second dose: 12 hrs after the first dose.
Don’t take any more dose or any other remedy unless I tell you!

One dose is made by dissolving one pill of the remedy (or one drop, if you have liquid remedy) in half a glass of cooled, boiled water. Stir it and take one tea spoon from it.

So, no Nat Phos 6x at all?

Try what Fitness said first. This could be going on due
to teething, especially if it has just started in the last few weeks.

No, it started early on, and has gotten worse in the last month... He also has mild laryngomalacia, but is already getting over that..

Fitness, there's been no improvement on his reflux... still spitting up and not sleeping well at night. What now? nat phos 6x?

I'd recommend Calcarea Phosphorica 30c, two doses, 12 hrs apart.
