Mouth breathing

My 4 year old son breath through his mouth and snore during his sleep. He gets affected by cold and sever cough very often. Need suggestion on this

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Has he been seen by a ENT specialist, if yes, what was the diagnosis.

No, we didn't consult any ENT so far.

If you can afford, it would be good as it looks like his adenoids are enlarged.

What about his tonsils.

How is his hearing.

Do you plan to have a consult with the ENT?

If the ENT can confirm adenoids or tonsils or both, we can treat it with homeopathy without any need for surgery.

same issue. son is 4 years old. ENT wants to do surgery to remove adenoids and tonsils
