Please Help!!Urgent!!
Dear Dcotors,I belong to delhi .33 years old , 5'11 height and 80 weight .
I am facing few issues during intercourse:
- Erection obtained but not sustained at the time of entry.
- premature ejaculation after 10-12 strokes or as soon as she gets wet.
-Have a brief pain on left side area from penis , near to legs after ejaculation, sometimes pains in legs too.
-A bit of stress too
-Early ejaculation while masturbating sometimes even not complete erection.
-Less Erection than before.
-Thin semen and low in quantity.Quantity is high if I do not do mastrubation for 3 days.
-Penis looks weak and size is reduced and have weaker erections.
-Erection not sustained while intercource for strokes.
-Before ejaculation there is a pain on left side of penis area, which touches leg , and then just semen gets out , without my control.It is happening from last two years.
Please anyone sincier can guide me and advise me medicine. Are these problems are curable 100% with homeopathy?
I want to perfom longer with better eriction.In case of any other symptom details required

Please take three doses of Nux Vomica 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
