my 5 years son

My son who is 5 years old has tooth decay. tooth decay is visible but now he cries in pain almost mid of the night, now he also cried in a day timings.

dentist says my son ll nt let him to work in his mouth so take antibiotic and pain killer.

we have completed antibiotic dosage but after few days again he has started crying.

any good suggestion please.
