Homeopathy to boost childs immune system: 11 year old boy

Last week my son , 11 years old, started coughing really bad and had a low grade fever. I feared he may have contracted bronchopneumonia but all his symptoms were caused by a very red throat. His cough was loud and hard. His fever (low grade at most times) went on for a week. He too was given a 3 day course of antibiotics, which helped him recover quickly.
I'm in a difficult position when I am told to give my kids antibiotics. Assuming these are present symptoms, please give a dose of Phosphorus 200c, just one dose.

Over 10 days have passed. He is much better (90%), basically normal. Only sometimes does he cough, his usual loud, hard cough. This happens when he laughs a lot or from running or even maybe from thinking about it.

Fitness, my son has a NEW problem. He most likely has a tooth abscess and his gum has swollen and pus comes out when pressure is applied. It's a baby tooth and will be removed, but the dentist says that in order to remove it, so as infection doesn't spread, he should take antibiotics to clear the infection.
What do you advise? Antibiotics constantly keep popping up.

Do you have Hepar Sulfur, any potency, 30 or 200.

If 30, give two doses with a break of 12 hrs.

If 200, give one dose.

Report back in 24 hrs.

His gums are much better. The redness has practically gone and so has the pain from when he moves the tooth. Just a little pain when he applies pressure to gum. At least 70% better.
The dentist saw him and said that antibiotics will not be needed. We have an appointment on Tuesday to have it removed.

If its milk tooth, why don't you wiggle it daily and when loose enough in a week or so just pull it. Its far less traumatic for children than a dentist's visit.

For the gum, keep observing it and if not fully healed in 2 days, give another dose.

He's trying to but it's not that loose. Dentist said it would be great if he could do it, but I am guessing she's afraid to leave it for too long since infection is present.

Once the infection is cured by Hep-S then you can remove it yourself.

Don't forget to use warm saline water for mouth wash 1-2 times a day.
