Sharp Pain above elbow

My mother is having a sharp pain (like one that occurs if an injection needle is inserted). These sharp pains are continuous and the pinching like pain keeps happening. This is the left arm just above the elbow. No swelling can be seen, also no other symptoms are visible. Pressing it, or a massage doesn't effect the pain
She is a sugar patient.
Can someone suggest the cause or remedy?

nux vom 200 ,5 pills on day one half an hr before dinner,dont rePeat.

kali phos 6x AND NAT SULPH 6X ,5tabs OF EACH three times a day from day 2.

'kali phos 6x AND NAT SULPH 6X ,5tabs OF EACH three times a day from day 2.'
This combination has to be taken for how many days? Also both medicines are to be taken together? (means 10 Tablets together?)

Dear Anuj,

As per your instructions the dosage was taken here is the feedback:

It can be said that 50% relief is observed the duration of the pain has reduced from intense to mild.
Also this never happened before the same pain (not intense) is now in the right arm, same type and same area but in the right arm

Suggestions?

Dear Anuj,

Taken the medicine as per schedule, the pain on the right harm didn't come back.
Although the intense pain that is in the left arm which reduced initially but was back on during the 5,6 and 7 day of taking the medicine (not very intense but it was more than what had improved when the medicine was taken for first two days. Your initially remedy.

Dear Anuj,

I once again would like a remedy from you for my mother. Your previous remedy has proven very effective.

Please read the case below:

She had a uterus operation in 1995. After 6 months she resulted in a diabetic status.Her ESR and Uric Acid have also been high since then.
Her ESR is around 150, a month back it dropped to 80 but average tests have shown above 150
Since the operation in 1995 she has been a diabetic patient too. She doesn't take insulin only tablets, plus a very balanced diet to control the sugar levels.

when ever her feet/soles have a burning sensation ,does she like to put them in ice
